RETURN POLICY
The Best Bad Influence store is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 30 days of ship date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please email kk@bestbadinfluence.com (please include order #) to inquire about an exchange and return.
PLEASE NOTE
We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
REFUNDS
To return an item for a refund/exchange, or if you have a defective item, please email kk@bestbadinfluence.com with an order number along with the reason for the refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is due to our error, we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund. Please send the item you are returning to
DEFECTS
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail.
